I know that Chrome is a great browser but the fact cannot be denied that Chrome sucks up the user data to target more & more ads. Despite that we use chrome because of Chrome's own web store which enables users to customize their browser via THEMES
Many people stick with Chrome instead of Firefox, Safari, Opera because of the EXTENSIONS that Chrome provides.
Don't worry guys, I was on the same track to😅😂. But then I thought to look for the alternatives as I was fed up with the ads which I use to get whenever I searched for a product online or watched it's Youtube video.
At first I used Firefox but it lacked in the extensions that Chrome provided and eventually I use to switch back & forth between Chrome & Firefox.
Then I found out the Brave Browser.
Since it's launch in January 2016, Brave Browser has been gaining it's popularity among enthusiasts.💥
Brave Browser is a feature packed browser that supports all the Chrome's extension since it is based on Chromium. The layout of Brave is very much similar to that of Chrome. During the first startup of Brave Browser or any other time also you can import all of your extension, passwords, bookmarks from the Chrome, Firefox etc in just few clicks.💖 According to Brave, it fights malware and prevents tracking, keeping your information safe and secure.
Brave Browser has got it's own built in ad-blocker named "SHIELD" 🛡 it can block pop-up ads, can block cross-site trackers & many more other creepy things that can track your usage, you can toggle between aggresive, standard or can completely disable the SHIELD. I have turned it on to aggressive and haven't faced any issues yet. And I can sense that now Google is showing me less targeted ads very frequently.💪
- The list doesn't ends here--Brave claims to load pages from 3x to 6x faster than it's competitors (i.e. Chrome, Firefox etc).
- There is a feature called 'Brave rewards' about which you can read from the given link Brave Rewards
- It also has a option of having Private Window with TOR ❤✌
- For a more privacy oriented experience their is an option to select the Duckduck Go as your default search engine. This search engine doesn't tracks your usage at all👀 💗👍
Through Brave sync which is currently is in Beta you can synchronize your settings & bookmarks across several devices. But as per now I am unable to use the brave sync in my windows pc .
According to me Brave sync can be the major drawback for the right person who need to synchronize their bookmarks etc across PC & mobile phone, else it works fine between the smartphones.
This article is sponsored by none and I have been using this browser for about a month now and in my usage I have noticed that the webpages, sites loads up faster than Chrome and it also doesn't eat up your devices resources when you have opened several tabs. I was able to find all the extensions/ plugins which I was using in the Chrome browser. It's fast and responsive. This browser is worth a try if you want to switch to another browser. It's UI is clean and in most cases it looks similar to that of Chrome. This is the link, if you want to download the BRAVE BROWSER https://brave.com/?ref=xby700/
It is available on all the popular platforms such as Android, iOS, Windows & MacOS
